Tiger Awnings

The Tiger Awning is an exquisite, retractable full-cassette awning featuring a slimline profile for improved, eye-catching aesthetics.

The fully enclosed cassette system means the awning is protected from the weather, dust and rain when retracted, allowing for an extended life of the awning over lesser covered cassette awnings.

Constructed to be light and elegant, with its metal construction and single-colour finish, the Tiger is a stunning awning most commonly used in commercial spaces, such as shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Tiger awning can be operated both manually by winder or electronically using a switch or wireless remote control.

Tiger awnings are available up to 6 metres in width and a projection of up to 4 metres. It can be pitched between 0° and 60° allowing for optimum sun protection when in use.

The awning is fitted with two arm joints that fit precisely into the housing for a perfect fit when retracted. These also use a patented double ball-bearing system to achieve results that surpass those with conventional setups.

The Tiger awning can be face-fixed or top-fixed to your property, offering location and fitment flexibility for your home or business.

The internal tensioning system, with its patented flexible tape system, adheres to the EN 13561 standard and even surpasses it. The angle of the components inside also prevent friction with the awning fabric during the extension and retraction of the awning.

Like all our awnings, the Tiger awning is CE tested and is crafted using corrosive resistant materials and coatings.

Optional Extras

Wind sensors are available as an optional extra and are highly recommended. Wind sensors can detect vibrations and will auto retract the awning if the wind levels deem to be too high for the awning to withstand.

A variable valance can be purchased as an optional extra, allowing you to benefit from the protection against low lying sun.

Our Tiger awnings are available up to 6 metres in width but if you require awning coverage of a greater width, we can install several Tiger awnings next to one another to create one large awning with Jockey Rollers.

Jockey Rollers bridge the gap between the adjoining awnings to ensure there's no gaps between them, creating an almost seamless giant awning. The advantages of using jockey rollers is to prevent rain weater or sun rays from seeping through the gaps that would exist without the use of jockey roller with two or more adjoining awnings.

The Jockey Rollers are attached to the awnings so when you use a remote control to open the awning, the jockey rollers also open too.
